Wolfgang Van Halen Is Injured, DC Makes Black Sabbath Shoes

Wolfgang Van Halen performed last night’s Mammoth WVH show sitting down after seriously spraining his ankle when he fell off his own tour bus. It’s still early, but Dave Grohl has yet to send his throne.

Have you ever wanted to wear Black Sabbath shoes? DC Shoes has teamed up to release ‘Master Of Reality’ shoes and accessories hitting the market on Halloween.

In the History of Rock in 1962 – Bob Dylan records his first album, “Bob Dylan”, for Columbia Records. The LP featured the 20-year-old singer accompanied only by his guitar and harmonica. The recording is done in one day and productions costs were held to $400.

In 1972 – Seventeen years after having hits with some of Rock ‘n’ Roll’s most memorable classics, Chuck Berry had his first US number one record with “My Ding-a-Ling”, a silly novelty song centered on grade-school level, private parts jokes.

And in 1997 –The Guinness Book Of Records announced that Elton John’s “Candle In The Wind” (Princess Diana version) was now the biggest selling single record of all time in the US and the UK, with 31.8 million sales in the first 40 days after its release. The all-time sales leader worldwide is Bing Crosby's “White Christmas”.
