Sarah's Beer of the Week 03.23.2023

A new branch of Isarn Thai Soul just opened in my neighborhood. They make amazing Thai food. They make delicious, very spicy food. An IPA or Stout isn't the right fit for this type of food. Which is why most restaurants have Singha on tap. Singha has been around for almost 100 years. It's the perfect fit for spicy Asian food. And don't worry, it's not too light, and also has a 5% ABV. It's super yummy, as is all the food at this Thai spot! Cheers!  ไชโย
