It seems Florida meth wants to turn itself over to the police. Take Chelsi Leahy for example, she walked up to a cop and asked to be arrested because she had drugs on her. The officer politely obliged and arrested her after she handed him two bags of meth! She appeared to be under the influence of the drug which means it turned itself in!
