There are so many things to love about the Fall. The leaves turning. The smell of a crisp sunny day. Pumpkins! Candy Corn (yes, I love them). Pumpkin Spice Latte. And Fresh Hop Beer. I don't look forward to the pumpkin beers like I do Fresh Hops. These beers are available for such a short time, and they are so delicious...it makes the Fall very special. My friend Chastity showed up this week with a fresh hop brew from Fremont Brewing. This is my second fresh hop from them, and she said they had a ton more at the brewery. Sounds delicious and dangerous. Head Full of Dynamite is one of our favorites, but this is a twist on that...Head Full of Fresh Hops. A fresh hop hazy India pale ale. The smell alone is intoxicating. Amazing. And the taste is out of this world. Yum, yum and yum. Most breweries are making a fresh hop, I'd highly recommend giving them a shot. And you can't go wrong with most anything from Fremont.
