In 2000, Bret Michaels became a dad to Raine Elizabeth Michaels, his first daughter with ex-fiance Kristi Lynn Gibon. The Poison singer shielded his daughter from the spotlight, but she made some appearances on his 2010 reality series Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It.
These days though, she is all grown up and making a name for herself on the catwalk.
When she was 16, Raine signed with L.A. Models and now, she's living her dream by showing off swimsuits for Sports Illustrated on the runway. In fact, her Instagram followers got to watch that dream come true.
It started a couple weeks ago when Raine shared her audition tape for SI as part of a competition involving 25,000 girls, all of whom wanted to become SI's next swimsuit model. She captioned her Instagram post, "Being a part of the SI Swim family would be a DREAM come true!!"

Just a few days later, she announced that she was one step closer to living her dream:
Things continued to go well for Raine. Not long after, there was another post, this one of her on the SI runway. The caption read, "One of my ultimate dreams/goals came true last night... I walked for the SI Swimsuit fashion show."
As if that weren't enough excitement for Bret's daughter, she also just got a small role in the upcoming Sharknado movie. Meanwhile, she's working part time as a veterinary assistant and will be heading to college this fall, all while bravely battling diabetes.

In fact, Bret's whole family seems to be getting into the entertainment industry. His other daughter, 13-year-old Jorja, appears in the 2018 film Mistrust with Jane Seymour.
