Try and think about the last time you bought a CD? If you are like most people, it’s probably been awhile. As of 2017, CD sales made up around 16% of total music sales. Today will be the last day to purchase CD's at best buy which is just a sign of how things really are changing. I knew this would be happening sooner or later since my new car didn't have a CD player as an option, I just didn't realize it would be so soon!
Strangely enough for all you Vinyl Lovers, Best Buy said that they will continue to sell Vinyl Records. There is also a rumor that Target might be next to make the move.
